What orders qualify for free shipping?

All orders that are over $150 and are being shipped to an address within Canada or the United States will qualify for free shipping. 

How long does it take to ship my order?

With most orders there is a processing time however typically they will be ship within 3-5 business days. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment. 

How do you handle packaging materials?

We try to make every effort we can to reduce the amount of plastic packaging used to ship our products. The majority of our materials are paper based and in a lot of cases, reused from shipments we have received. We do strive to be eco-friendly and as a result we use as little plastic as possible. We do hope in the future to be 100% plastic free and are working on finding a way how to.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If everything is great, please share your love with others and if you post a picture please make sure to tag us in it. There is no better way to help a small business grow!

Unfortunately with Covid times we cannot accept returns and do not have a set time frame for when we can. Most of our items sold cannot be returned due to their uses, though for Clothes, Jewelry and Accessories we can handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making​ sure everyone is safe in the process.

We will try our best to resolve the situation, but if you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase please let us know, and should you wish to return an item we have laid out a general return policy that is clear and fair to both parties.  All returns will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Dissatisfied with a product

We strive to provide quality products, however, we can not guarantee that our products will suit everyone's specific needs since due to human nature, we all have varying senses, skin types and preferences. If you find a product did not meet your expectations, please contact us so we can work with you in finding a product that will better suit your individual needs.   

Online Purchase Returns

We strive to provide the best service possible, however, we are human living in unprecedented times. Most of our products are made prior to ordered in small batches. They have been carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure no damage or defects. General returns for online purchases must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date - damages incurred during shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Full refund will be issues once item has been returned to us and we assess the conditions.

Receiving Damaged Items:

We do our best to adequately package and protect any item purchased online, and use reputable delivery services.  Once an item leaves our care we can no longer control the treatment of the package and require evidence of mistreatment.  Should an item arrive damaged, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide photographic evidence of the damages both of the original packaging and the damaged items inside, and notify us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.  Should you notice damage when an item is delivered please ask the delivery person to make note of it. A replacement item will be sent out immediately or full refund will be provided.
